Islamabad - Islamabad police and Pakistan Rangers yesterday conducted search operation in various areas of Bhara Kahu and nabbed nine suspects, said a police spokesman.

He said that search operation was conducted in the areas of Abdullah Town, Belgium Town, Nai Abadi, Bhera Syedan and it was headed by station house officer of Bhara Kahu police station. The teams searched a total of 130 houses and nabbed nine suspects while five pistols and two 12-bore guns along with ammunition were also recovered from them.

SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has said the purpose of the search operation and high vigilance is to ensure foolproof security in the city.
