Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan today reached Karachi on a two-day visit today to oversee the party membership drive in the city.

PTI chief addressed the Pakistan International Airline (PIA) employees outside Karachi airport after his arrival. Khan said, “PTI will never permit the privatization of PIA and resist moves to sell ‘national asset’. I assure you we will not allow government to privatize the PIA, in fact we will turn it into profitable institutions.”

During his two-day stay, the PTI chairman will also pay visits to numerous party camps that are set up at PIB Colony, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Liaquatabad and Naval Colony for the membership campaign.

Besides inspecting the party membership drive, Khan is also expected to address a public meeting at Burns Road here around 9:00 pm today.
