HAFIZABAD - Implementation on Chief Minister’s Reforms Road Map and promotion of education is basic responsibility of education officers and heads of schools. Strict action will be taken against those who fail to achieve targets according to the Road Map. Chief Minister’s Inspection Team for Education Reforms Programme In-charge Bilal Hassan said this while addressing a meeting held here the other day

EDO-Education Dr Iqbal Naeem, DO-Education, DDO-Education, District Monitoring Officer and other officers concerned attended the meeting. Bilal Hassan said that the Punjab government was providing record funds for ensuring provision of missing facilities in the schools and providing different incentive to the teachers. Now, the government desired improvement in standard of education, 100 percent attendance in the schools and better performance of the teachers, he said.

and added that to achieve targets of Road Map, teachers and officers would have to improve their performance. He warned that laziness and irresponsibility in implementation on Education Road Map would not be tolerated at all.

Addressing the meeting, EDO Education Dr Iqbal Naeem said that result-oriented steps were being taken for ensuring implementation of Education Road Map in the district.
