ISLAMABAD - Top seed Sara Mansoor clinched the Subh-e-Nau Clay Court Tennis Championship ladies singles title by routing Saba Aziz here at Islamabad Club on Friday. Sara played excellent strokes and won the first set by 6-1. In the second set, Saba played comparatively better tennis and scored five games, however, she could not convert her effort to a victory. Sara's score remained 6-1 and 7-5. Meanwhile, Ahmed Chaudhry outclassed fourth seed Usman Ijaz in a one-sided semi-final of men's singles while top seed M Abid defeated M Mudassar in second semi-final. Mudassar won first semi-final of boys’ U-18 against his younger brother Muzammil. He will take on Arham Atique in final who defeated Waqas Baig. The finals of boys U-18, U-14 and men's doubles will be played  today (Saturday).–Staff Reporter
