ISLAMABAD - A total of three categories were played on the second day of the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Amateur Golf Cup here at Margalla Greens Golf Club on Saturday.
In the second round of amateur category, Tariq Mehmood from Margalla Greens Golf Club was leading by scoring gross 147, whereas Nosher Khan from PAF Golf Club was a way ahead by scoring net 135. In seniors’ net category first round, Afsar Malik from Telenor Golf Club was leading by scoring net 70 whereas in gross category Lt Col (r) Shahid Hussain from Rawalpindi Golf Club was leading the pack by scoring gross 78.
In ladies category, 10 lady golfers participated from across the country. Saima from MGGC was winner of gross category by scoring gross 94.  Parkha Ijaz was champion with net 71. Leading seniors category scores were Gulraiz Shahid gross 81, net 76, Col (r) Sajid Nawaz gross 83, net 74 and Admiral M A Tahir gross 83, net 76, today is the third and last day of the event.
