“The plan was made on 16 June 2015,” media reports revealed.

According to media sources the blue print of the attack was found in the forensic report of an Indian agent’s laptop. “The plan was made by RAW officer Vikram Bhattacharya. Operatives Ashweet Manohar and Kaneel Royyat signed it,” according to the security agencies' sources.

The report further revealed that the attack was to be undertaken in Old Karachi area. “The plan remained unsuccessful due to the arrest of RAW operatives in Karachi,” media stated.
