New Bank Alfalah Rising Talent declared

LAHORE (PR): Mariam Amjad has been declared the new Bank Alfalah Rising Talent out of the three young designers who showcased their dazzling collections while contending for the Bank Alfalah Rising Talent Award at PFDC Bridal Fashion Week 2016. Mariam Amjad received Bank Alfalah’s trophy and cash award of half a million rupees from Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, Group Head, Special Assets Management, Bank Alfalah, in presence of Mariam Agha, Head of Media & Brand Activation, Bank Alfalah and Saad Ali, CEO Pakistan Fashion Design Council (PFDC).

 

 

LG opens premium brand shop in Islamabad

Etihad Airways at world travel awards

LAHORE (PR): Etihad Airways has been named The Middle East’s Leading Airline at the World Travel Awards Middle East, representing a decade of dominance in the category, and one of four accolades proudly collected last night during a prestigious ceremony at The St. Regis Dubai. The national airline of the UAE also won awards for the Middle East’s Leading Airline - First Class, the Middle East's Leading Airport Lounge for its First Class Lounge & Spa at Abu Dhabi International Airport and the Middle East’s Leading Cabin Crew.

Etihad Airways has grown from 22 aircraft, flying to 43 destinations and supported by 4,369 staff in 2006 - to a fleet of 123 aircraft, serving 117 destinations with nearly 27,000 multi-national staff today.

 

 

Coca-Cola wins award

LAHORE (PR): The Coca-Cola Export Corporation Pakistan has been declared a winner at the International SABRE Gold Awards 2016, Asia-Pacific region, in the category of Corporate Social Responsibility, for its project “Women Entrepreneurship Program: A Kashf Foundation & Coca-Cola Partnership”. This was announced at the Awards Night held recently in Hong Kong. The SABRE Awards, which attract close to 5,000 entries globally each year, provide the premier showcase for the best that public relations has to offer, celebrating winning work via their annual awards dinner, attended by more than 1,000 industry leaders every year.

In the CSR category of SABRE Awards – Asia-Pacific Region, Coca-Cola was competing with several global and regional companies.

Earlier this summer, Coca-Cola Pakistan won the Gold SABRE Award for the South Asian region, in the category, Excellence in Public Relations Programming, for its work on Women Empowerment with Kashf Foundation.
