LAHORE A protest demonstration was staged against the Pakistan Cricket Board and its chairman Ijaz Butt for bringing the game to a new low in the country. The protest procession was led by former first class cricketer Tahir Shah. It was started from Dharampura and terminated in front of the Lahore Press Club. The protesters also prayed for the departed souls of victims of the bomb blasts at Karbala Gamay Shah. They were holding banners and placards against the PCB and appealed to the chief patron for the early removal of the chairman and its cronies.
