A crying shame

It is a crying shame that construction of a bridge costing millions of rupees, which is almost complete has been suddenly stopped. This bridge would have connected Islamabad to rural Phulgran, it has been blocked by none other than a sitting MNA, who originally piloted this ambitious project. I appeal to the President, the PM, the Chief Justice and the free press, as well as the Parliament and the Senate Chairman to take notice of this crime against the taxpayers of rural Islamabad. Though government functionaries may change, it should not change the decisions taken to facilitate the people. Such uncertainty must not be allowed to paralyse the normal functions of a country. The concerned MNA must explain why he is blocking the bridge which took more than three years and lots of money to be built, and is now near completion. Looking at the hollow blocks closing the bridge I feel ashamed of being a citizen.
