QUETTA - Three drivers of Nato containers were injured and their vehicles were set on fire by armed men in Bolan district, some 60 kilometers away from the provincial capital here on Monday.
According to Levies Force officials, three containers carrying supplies for Nato forces deployed in Afghanistan were heading towards Kabul from Karachi when armed men opened indiscriminate firing on them in Dahdar area of Bolan district.
Resultantly, three drivers identified as Abdul Qadir, Haqir and Nazakat sustained injuries in the attack. The assailants fled from the scene after torching the vehicles.
Levies Force personnel rushed to the site after getting the information and moved the injured to nearby hospital for medical aid.
A case has been registered against unidentified armed men.
