LAHORE- Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has recovered 39 Kgs of heroin, 1,20,000 Psychotropic Tablets, six Kgs of Opium and 1.3 Kgs of Heroin in six different operations launched at Islamabad, Mianwali, Lahore, Haripur and Peshawar.
As many as 11 persons were apprehended and one vehicle seized during these operations.  ANF Lahore intercepted a Car near Hamza Cotton Mills, MM Road, Mianwali and recovered 34.1 Kgs of heroin and 3.6 Kgs of Opium concealed in CNG Cylinder and secret cavities of the car. An accused Amir Abdullah Khan was arrested at the spot.
ANF Lahore arrested a drug supplier Naseem Ullah Shah in an operation launched near G-1 Market, Johar Town, and Lahore and recovered 2.4 Kgs of Opium from his possession.
ANF Rawalpindi nabbed one Sajjad Hussain at Benazir International Airport, Islamabad and recovered 186 Heroin filled capsules concealed in a box containing sweets.
ANF Peshawar Airport Team detained Ban Raz Khan and Nasir Khan and recovered 120000 Psychotropic Tablets.

ANF Peshawar conducted an operation at Pakistan Hotel, Bus Stand, Mansehra and arrested Juma Mir and recovered five Kgs of heroin from his personal possession.
ANF Peshawar in an operation conducted at Haji Camp Bus Stand, Peshawar arrested 5 drug carriers.
All cases have been registered in ANF Police Stations and further investigations are under progress.
