WAZIRABAD (APP) - Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has decided to form a political party comprising businessmen to cope with the challenges being co nfronted by the business community. Addressing the annual meeting of FPCCI at a local hotel in Gujranwala, FPCCI president Sultan Ahmed Chawala said that business community will take part in next general elections at district level. He was of the view that a businessman can solve problems of business community in a better way. He urged the business community to play its due role in uplifting countrys economy. He expressed his reservations on the privatisation of power generation companies especially the KESC. President SAARC chamber of commerce Tariq Saeed said that seven big economic countries of the world are facing economic slowdown and struggling for their economic survival. He lamented that business community is being ignored at every level and in this purview, support of business is indispensable. He stressed for evolving solid plans and its proper implementation so that economic crises could be overcome in the country.
