ISLAMABAD - Director Human Resource and Admin, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Wasim Bari said Saturday that chairman PCB Ijaz Butt would valuate the powers of Chief Operating Officer (COO) Saleem Altaf and Director General Javad Maindad in next couple of day. While talking to reporters at the residence of late Zafar Khan he added that both were the test players and had beautiful cricket career. "There is no issue of powers, however, head of the Pakistan Cricket Board will settle the whole thing in upcoming days, "he added. Earlier, he gave away a cheque of Rs.800, 000 to Umair Khan son of Late Zafar Khan at his residence at Dhoke Ali Akbar Rawalpindi on Saturday. The Rs.300, 000 were given from the PCB while Rs.500, 000 from the City Government, Lahore. The PCB has already given heirs of Zafar Khan. He was died of in the Lahore incident on March 3, when he was driving the vain of International Cricket Council (ICC) officials for the Lahore Test. This incident also took 6 other lives and 7 visitor Sri Lnakan players got injuries. At this occasion Director Human Resource and Admin PCB Wasim Bari said that PCB was thinking to enhance the security of its employees. "PCB will bear all the educational expenditures of all four children of Late Zafar Khan. We will also support this family for the marriage of elder daughter of Zafar, "he announced.
