LAHORE – The fourth lecture of Pakistan Day Special Lecture Series on ‘I Saw Pakistan in the Making’ was delivered on Saturday at Aiwan-i-Karkunan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan.

The Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust (NPT) has organised the lecture series in collaboration with the Pakistan Movement Workers Trust.

Pakistan Movement worker Col (r) Muhammad Salim Malik delivered the lecture and created awareness among the new generation about events that took place during the creation of Pakistan.

Col (r) Malik said under the leadership of the Quaid-e-Azam, he worked for the creation of a separate homeland for Muslims. He said the founding father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam, was a real hero whose struggle for the independence was unmatched in history.

“The establishment of Pakistan on 27 Ramazan was a miracle,” he added.

Meanwhile, the students of Al-Shahab Model High School Jia Bagga visited Aiwan-i-Karkunan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan to attend NPT’s Aaghi Programme. Also, mobile ideological units led by their coordinators visited Fatima School and Academy, Madrassa Taleemul Quran Tajpura Scheme, and Iqra Academy of Arts and Commerce Ferozewala.

The school heads including Prof Muhammad Akram, Mufti Muhammad Sadaqat Ali Awan and Syed Azhar Hussain Shah, respectively, presided over the ceremonies in the said institutions. They lauded the NPT’s role in disseminating the Two Nation theory among the new generation.
