QUETTA - Three people were killed in separate incidents in Dera Murad Jamali and Chaman on Saturday. In the first incident, an armed clash erupted between two tribes in Rabi Canal area of Dera Murad Jamali over a land dispute. Both groups exchanged fire with sophisticated weapons. As a result, Takari Dost (60) and Din Muhammad Brohi sustained bullet wounds and died on the spot. Police reached the spot after being informed and moved the bodies to hospital for autopsy and later handed them over to their relatives. Police said the killings were caused by an old dispute over a piece of land, adding that situation was under control and policemen were deployed in the area to avoid further clash. And in Chaman, a person killed his brother to revenge the murder of his son. According to reports, the incident occurred in Killi Haji Muhammad Rasool when Allauddin, a teacher, allegedly shot his brother Burhanuddin dead. Sources said Burhan had killed his nephew Tor Jan after which some tribal notables had succeeded in ensuring reconciliation between the two brothers. Allauddin conditioned the agreement with his Burhan shifting his house some four kilometres away from his residence. But after noticing his brother near his house, the accused opened fire, resulting in his death. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Chaman for autopsy.
