There is a club located on Upper Mall in Lahore, which was once a prestigious club, with a history of more than 100 years and has sadly degenerated into a place where indiscipline prevails and reflects what has afflicted our society in general.With annual electionsabout to take place, candidates in violation of rules canvass, hold parties and only those who can affordto contest and who can spare a million or two to invest.
