LAHORE – Indian Punjab singer Hans Raj Hans praised Pakistani hospitality and services for maintaining the gurdwaras. Talking to the media before leaving for Jallundhar on Tuesday, he said he always received warm in Pakistan. “I have residences in Jallundhar, Delhi and Mumbai. In all my houses the Pakistani channels are always tuned. I love watching Pakistani TV shows. From Ashfaq Ahmed’s Zawaiya to Talkeen Shah’s Tota Kahani I have watched them all. In my library I have books of my favourite poet Munir Niazi and Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi,” he said. He praised anchor Farah Shah and praised her intelligence and understanding of Sufism. “I had a good experience of learning from her about the Sufism in Pakistan,” he said. Hans was in Pakistan on the invitation of government in connection with 544th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak.
