SADIQABAD : The Railway Chowk was renamed as “Labaik Ya Rasoolallah Chowk” after a resolution passed in a conference organized by Jamat Ahle Sunnat (JAS) here the other day. Hafiz Abdul Ghaffar Naqshbandi proposed the resolution during the JAS meeting, suggesting renaming of the chowk. The resolution was unanimously passed by all Ulema. A board bearing words “Labaik Ya Rasoolallah Chowk” was fixed on the chowk.

 JAS office-bearers Ghulam Fareed Awaisi, Azhar Iqbal Naqshbandi, Arshad Saeedi, Tasaduq Hussain and Imam Bakhsh Saeedi attended the meeting. The meeting concluded with prayers for peace and progress of the country.
