RAWALPINDI Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan on Thursday condemned the New York City jury for adjudging Dr Aafia Siddiqui guilty in an attempt-to- murder case and demanded of the Foreign Office to play its due role for her immediate repatriation. He said this while addressing a gathering at Abaabeel House, residence of Ijaz Khan Jazi, which was held in connection with the election campaign of Jazi, PTI candidate from NA-55 by-election. He alleged that the present Government had plunged the country into deep crises while the Opposition was not playing its due role to pull the country out of crises. The people of Pakistan are being deprived of basic needs of life by the PPP-led Government. He strongly flayed the Government over increasing oil, gas and electricity prices. There was no justice, health facilities and employment opportunities for the common man, PTI Chairman stated. He held the PPP and PML-N responsible for all chaos in the country. People of NA-55 should reject PML-N candidate Malik Shakil Awan and Sheikh Rashid and vote for the PTI candidate if they want a change in their constituency, he added. Ijaz Khan Jazi is the only candidate who can raise the issues of people of Rawalpindi at the floor of the National Assembly after winning the by-election, he said. Earlier, he visited different areas here to boost up electioneering of his party candidate for NA-55 by-election Ijaz Khan Jazi. He was flanked by PTI Media Manager, Syed Zahid Hussain Kazmi, Ijaz Khan Jazi and scores of the PTI workers. Imran Khan was given a warm reception by the party workers when he arrived at the election office of Ijaz Khan Jazi. After this, he along with hundreds of workers went to Banni Chowk, Jamia Masjid Road and Fawara Chowk and met with the local people and urged them to vote for his party candidate, Ijaz Khan Jazi.
