KARACHI - A man was shot dead here in the limits of Sohrab Goth police station on Sunday.
Police said that Faiz Muhammad, a shopkeeper, was on his way to somewhere when gunmen ridding on a motorbike shot him twice near Quetta Town, Scheme 33, and managed to flee.
The victim was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where he succumbed to his injures. Police suspect personal enmity was the motive behind the killing while handed over the body to the family after autopsy and registered an FIR against unknown assailants.
On the other side, Karachi police claimed to have arrested at least 22 suspects in various raids and operations carried out in different parts of the metropolis. Taimorai police claimed to have arrested at least eleven suspects.
