ITF World J5 Jr Tennis enters semis stage

LAHORE   -  The PTF President ITF World J5 Junior Tennis Championships 2021 reached the semifinals stage at the PTF Complex on Thursday. According to PTF spokesman, the highlight of the day was three enthralling matches as in the first match, Dmitry Dolzhenkov (RUS) beat Carl Holder (FRA) 7-5, 7-5, in the second one, Iman Khan (UK) beat Arina Arifullina (RUS) 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 while Sam Kydd Baumgartner (SUI) beat Artiom Dorofeev (FRA) 1-6, 7-5, 6-4 in the third one. Results: Boys’ Singles QFs, Dmitry Dolzhenkov beat Carl Holder 7-5, 7-5; Andrey Kozlov beat Siddhartha Lama 2-6, 6-2, 6-3; Birtan Duran beat Yakup Uzunel 6-1, 6-1; Baumgartner beat Artiom Dorofeev 1-6, 7-5, 6-4. Girls’ Singles QFs, Maria Pukhina beat Avrora Volkova 6-3, 6-1; Lidia Laskova beat Ines Faltinger 6-0, 6-1; Iman Khan beat Arina Arifullina 6-3, 3-6, 6-1; Mariia Masiianskaia beat Alaia Rubio Perez 6-3, 6-2. Girls’ Doubles SFs, Iman/Alaia got walk over against Ermakova/Pukhina.
