Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that PML-N is in contact with all other political parties to get rid of this corrupt government, report said. Sanaullah ruled out single party resignations, saying that other parties will also be taken onboard to resign collectively from assemblies. Giving his remarks on  general election preparations, he said that other parties can also begin election campaigns if establishment started those six months earlier. Rana said 'Year 2012 is the year of elections whether polls to be held in the last month'. Sanaullah asserted that Mushahid Hussain has yet to decide either joining PML-N or establishment, adding that he is well aware of establishment’s decisions taken in the past.
