ANP leader Asfandyar Wali Khan said on Thursday that the resolution relating to the formation of new provinces was unconstitutional. While speaking to the media outside the National Assembly, Asfandyar Wali said his party was not against the formation of new province rather the situation would be solved when provincial assemblies would pass the resolution with two thirds majority.
