Banking court Judge Abdul Rasheed has refused to hear the case against PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi for his alleged involvement in the National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) scam. Moonis was produced before the court amid tight security where the judge after heated arguments with lawyers refused to conduct hearing into the case and referred it to Lahore High Court Chief Justice Ejaz Ahmed Chaudhry.
