ISLAMABAD : China has contradicted a news report published in a section of the press claiming that the Chinese government has banned civil servants, students and teachers in its mainly Muslim Xinjiang region from taking part in Ramazan fasting. In a statement, the Chinese Embassy rejected the report and said the Chinese government respects all religions.
