Major General Athar Abbas letter to you titled 'A tribute to our young officers' rather surprisingly did not contain any heroic tale of our own young officers. Instead, it told the story of a U.S Army Captain Jim, who had heroically gone back to rescue his wounded Corporal left behind during the bombardment in an operation in the Vietnam War.
