LAHORE - Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) congress member Syed Nayyar Hasnain has been elected as a member of FIFA Disciplinary Committee at the recently concluded 63rd FIFA Congress at Mauritius.  Nayyar was elected with a heavy majority votes securing 198 out of 209, which is a great tribute and remarkable confidence reposed by FIFA Delegates in his leadership, said a PFF spokesman here on Tuesday.

Nayyar, who is already of member of AFC disciplinary committee, and will serve the committee for four years. It is unique honour that presently Pakistan Football Federation has two distinguish appointments in FIFA. Currently it’s president Faisal Saleh Hayat is a member of FIFA Strategic Committee and now Nayyar has been elected member of FIFA Disciplinary Committee.  The PFF president said that he is delighted on the election of Nayyar and congratulated him for getting such a eminent elevation. Secretary, PFF, Ahmed Lodhi hoped that Nayyar will do his best to bring good name for the country.
