I Saif-Ur-Rehman, son of Chaudhary Hafeez-Ur-Rehman Resident of House No. 180-D, Street No. 4, NAI Abadi Marir Hassan, Rawalpindi, appeared in HSSC Annual Examination 2017 under Roll No. 516144 and Registration No. 1722303031 announced through News Paper that my actual Father’s name is Chaudhary Hareez-Ur-Rehman, where as on my HSSC Result Card it is written as Hafeez-Ur-Rehman, hence it is required that the name may be corrected.
