MINGORA - Acting upon the peace accord, signed between the NWFP government and Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Shariah-e-Muhammadi (TNSM), the security forces has started pulling out from Taliban's headquarters in Imam Dheri to Kanju, the headquarters of Frontier Constabulary, officials said on Wednesday. The officials also said that Maulana Sufi Muhammad is going to shift his sit-in from Tableeghi Markaz Mingora to Imam Dehri after completion of the troops withdrawal from there. Maulana Sufi, along with his companions, has been staging sit-in for peace in the region since February 17, when he reached Mingora. Similarly, the government has also started troops' withdrawal from the educational institutions of the area and in the first phase it has shifted all security forces from Jehanzeb Government College Saidu Sharif to Peshawar Museum. Meanwhile, the administration of Malakand Division and a team of TNSM have agreed on a 17-point formula for ensuring socio-administrative reforms in the area. All the points agreed pertain to social reforms and the government institutions are bound to introduce them according to Islamic norms. According to details of the agreement, the two sides agreed to launch a joint drive against narcotics, obscenity, corruption, bribe, malpractices and other social evils. The two sides agreed that no one would be allowed to sell or purchase porno video CDs, cassettes and all shops and markets would remain closed during prayers times. According to the agreement, the government officials would install special complaint boxes and all those involved in immoral acts, including police personnel, would be ousted from Swat. The women would get share in inheritance as per Islamic Shariah and the government would be responsible to safeguard the rights of both the employees and the employers. The government would also ensure facilities for Islamic education in all prisons all over the region. The officials informed that on completion of forces pullout, Maulana Sufi Mohammad along with his companions are going to shift their sit-in camp to Imam Dheri from Tableeghi Markaz Mingora. Maulana Sufi along with companions reached in Mingora on February 17 and he is on a sit in just for return of peace and stability in the region. According to the agreement the two sides agreed on launching of a joint drive against narcotics trade, obscenity, corruption, bribe, malpractices and others. The two sides also agreed on shuttering of shops and bazaars during prays time and no one will be allowed to sell or purchase the porno video cassettes, CD's and DVD's. The officials would install special complaint boxes and those involved in immoral acts including police personnel would be ousted from Swat. The women would get share in inherited properties as per Islamic Shariah and the government will be responsible to safeguard rights of both employees and employers. The government would arrange Islamic Education facilities for the prisoners in all over the regions.
