KARAK - Five persons got injured when the motorcar they were boarded on met a road accident on Indus Highway near Shaheedan Banda, sources said on Sunday.
They said one of critically injured persons was shifted to Peshawar.
Police sources informed that a motorcar bearing registration number 069-Karachi was going towards Peshawar, when it overturned on Indus Highway near Shaheedan Banda due to over speeding.
All the five passengers on board suffered critical injuries. They were immediately shifted to District Headquarters Hospital, Karak.
 The injured persons have been identified as Shahzad Alam, son of Mushk Alam, Azmatullah, son of Muhammad Yousaf, Muhammad Shafique, son of Saifullah, Ataullah, son of Muhammad Yousaf, and Said Alam, son of Behram Khan. One of the critically injured persons Muhammad Shafique was referred to Peshawar. All the injured passengers belonged to district Bannu.
