CNG holidays improve gas situation in Pindi


RAWALPINDI  - Due to three-day CNG holidays, the gas pressure has improved to some extent in different parts of the city. The people of the area took a sigh of relief and felt a bit comfortable.
The residents demanded the Sui Northern Gas Authority of further improvement in the prevailing gas situation.  People residing at Committee Chowk, Dhoke Khaba, Umer Road, Dhoke Ealhi Bukush, Nadeem Colony, Arya Mohallah, Pirwadhai, Adiala Road, Bakra Mandi, Dhoke Syedan, Sadiqabad, Muslim Town, Dhamial, Qasim Market, Satellite Town, Chur, Allahabad, Chah Sultan, Asghar Mall, Pindora are expressed satisfaction due to the gas pressure on Sunday morning.
Online adds: Town Municipal Administration Rawal Town took strict action against encroachments in the area. Following the directives of administrator, Rawal Town, Saif Anwar Jappa, the Rawal Town administration took strong action in an operation against ever increasing encroachments in the locality.
During the operation more than 180 loose tires, were confiscated, while 21 shopkeepers were fined Rs 21000. Two truckloads of encroachment equipment were also seized in operations carried out in areas of Chah Sultan, Kashmiri Bazaar, Raja Bazaar and Bara Bazaar.
