Trial court seeks challan in two days

 ISLAMABAD - A court of judicial magistrate on Monday heard Shehzadi Bibi rape-murder case and sent rapist-killer Ibrar and his female accomplice to jail on judicial remand.Upon the expiry of accused couple’s physical remand, Bharakau Police on Monday produced them before the court of Judicial Magistrate Ayesha Shahbir. Police investigators told the court that they have completed investigation of the case. To this, court sent the accused to Jail for 14 days judicial remand. Meanwhile, court directed police to submit challan of the case in next couple of days.Police told the court that accused Ibrar and his accomplice Zahar Mahak has confessed of raping five girls and killing two. 11—year old Shehzadi Bibi went missing from Margalla Valley Baharakau on February 13. She went for tuition in nearby house of accused Zara Mehak (a BS Mass comm. student of NUML) at around 1100 hours and didn’t return.Following the complaint of Shehzaid’s father against Zara Mehak and her family members, a case was registered under section 364-A at Bhara Kau police station. Later on the information gleaned by Zara and her father’s police managed to trace the main accused,  Ibrar Ahmed.During Investigation, accused couple also confessed of raping and killing raping another girl, Swara , who was daughter of a serving SP of Islamabad police.  On this, police registered another FIR against the arrested couple.Shehzadi Bibi was recovered from a dry gutter in 1-9/1 on February 16 and she was unidentified till that time. A case no. 57 was registered under sections 302/201, PPC, was registered at Industrial area police station.  Same day, father of girl was shown the dead body who identified her daughter and section 302 and 201 PPC were added in First Information Report already registered at Bharakau Kau police station.It was found out that Zara Mehak was in contact with her boyfriend Ibrar, and they killed the minor girl.
