KASUR: A five-year-old girl was raped by unidentified accused in the area of Ali Park here the other day. The victim suddenly disappeared from her house during loadshedding. Later, she was recovered unconscious. She has been admitted to DHQ Hospital. The police are investigating.
LABOURERS INJURED DURING LIGHTNING: Several labourers were injured by lightning in village Hussain Khanwala here on Friday. The labourers were loading sugarcane onto a tractor-trolley during rain when they were struck by thunder and lightning which badly injured 40-year-old Ramzan and 30-year-old Zulfiqar while others were slightly injured. Rescue 1122 shifted the victims to DHQ Hospital immediately. –Staff Reporter
