aThe farmers have taken a sigh of relief as weather has turned dry and warm, giving them the opportunity to harvest wheat crop and sow the Kharif crops. During past few weeks, cold weather and rain with wind and thunderstorm in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Balochistan and some parts of Sindh had adversely hit the cultivated crops and fruit orchards. However, as the weather has started gradually becoming warm and dry, farmers have accelerated efforts to harvest wheat crop and cultivate Kharif crops.
