LAHORE – After forceful protest inside the parliament, the PML(N) is going to launch mass movement against the federal government with a public rally in Taxila today (Saturday).

The rally will be addressed by PML(N) Quaid Nawaz Sharif besides other leaders of the party.

A large number of people from various parts of Rawalpindi division are expected to attend the rally.

The Taxila rally is not only going to roll out the anti-government movement but also set the trend of next public meetings the party has finalised for other parts of the country.

Taxila, some 30km off Rawalpindi, is the same city where PML(N) had first held public meeting during campaign against the dictator Pervez Musharraf.

Given the current tension and tug of war between the ruling and the opposition sides over the implementation of the supreme court guilty decision against the prime minister the PML(N) has once again selected Taxila which is considered to be a hub of the party where leader of the Opposition MNA Ch Nisar Ali Khan had returned to the assembly in the last election.

All arrangements of the pubic meeting have been completed under the supervision of Ch Nisar Ali Khan.
