TEHRAN (Agencies) - Iran's Oil Minister Gholamhossein Nozari said on Saturday that Iran and Pakistan will sign the gas deal bilaterally if India fails to join the project. Nozeri told reporters on the sidelines of the 2nd Iranian Gas Export Conference: "If we reach a final agreement with Pakistan on the gas deal, we will ink bilateral deal with Pakistan instead of trilateral one that could have happened in India's presence." "It's not scheduled to hold talks with India on IPI gas deal project as those of held with Pakistan," Nozari added. Last week, Iranian and Pakistani experts discussed about the IPI gas pipeline project, which is known as the Peace Pipeline, in order to reach final agreement.
