QUETTA (Online) - All the ways leading to Afghanistan from Pak-Afghan Chaman border have been sealed due to security reasons. While talking to mediamen on Saturday, Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan Maj Gen Saleem Nawaz said that in view of threats of terrorism the Pak-Afghan border has been sealed. Entry of any person to Afghanistan from villages adjacent to Chaman including Kali Luqman, Kali Abdul Karim and Kali Faizabad has been banned, he said, adding that, all the passes have also been cancelled to stop illegal trespassing. The people having visa could enter Afghanistan from Pak-Afghan friendship gate and the vehicles entering and exiting the border area would be frisked. On the other hand, the NATO forces have enhanced their number in Afghan areas adjacent to Balochistan. The source said massive operation is on the cards against Taliban in Afghan areas near Zhob and Qila Saif Ullah.
