QUETTA – A personnel of Levies Force was killed and another wounded in an armed attack in Kech district, while a boy sustained severe injuries as a landmine went off in Dera Bugti on Tuesday.Levies Force sources said unidentified armed men ambushed a check post in Hazyan area, killing Imdad Jan and seriously wounding Shahzad. “The attackers also took away weapons of the personnel before escaping from the spot” they added. A heavy contingent of Levies Force and other law enforcement agencies rushed to the site after the incident took place and started search operation in the area to trace out the attackers.In another incident, a 12-year-old boy identified as Balaach sustained serious wounds when a landmine exploded in Kashi area of Dera Bugti. The boy hurried to nearby hospital for medical aid.
