PESHAWAR - To express solidarity with Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) marchers in Islamabad, the protest’s sit-in of party activists in Peshawar continued for the sixth consecutive day on Thursday.

The PTI’s sit-in against the PML-N-led federal government at Azadi Chowk Hayatabad led by party provincial and district leaders in which besides youth, a large number of party women workers, children and aged people warmly participated. They were carrying placards inscribed with slogans against the alleged rigging taken place in the last general elections.

Addressing the party workers, PTI leaders said that their protest and sit-in would be continued till resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. In a message, PTI Central Leader and MNA Engn Hamidul Haq urged upon party workers to reach party main protest in Islamabad soon.
