ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has extended physical remand of Raja Arshid and Noman Khokhar for four more days in barrister Fahd Malik murder case.

Judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi of ATC Islamabad took up the case for hearing on Monday. Both the prime accused Raja Arshid and Noman Khokhar were presented in the court under stringent security.

The public prosecutor argued that human life had been lost. Planning for murder was evolved through mobile phone. Gangs are held with the help of mobile.

The counsels for the accused said that request for extension in remand made in connection with mobile should be rejected.

The medical report of the accused persons was also presented in the court. The accuseds Raja Arshid and Noman Khokhar were presented in the court on expiry of their 3 days and 5 days physical remand respectively.

According to police the arms used in the murder case were recovered from Noman Khokhar .

The court also ordered for filing detailed report of the case before it on next hearing.
