QUETTA - At least six personnel of the security forces were reportedly killed in Dera Bugti district on late Sunday night. As per reports reaching here, unknown persons had laid a landmine in the area of Jobair near Sui Tehsil of Dera Bugti. A vehicle carrying the security forces hit the landmine causing the explosion that killed 6 personnel of the security forces and injuring 3 others. The vehicle was badly damaged in the blast. All the injured persons and dead bodies were shifted to the Sui Hospital. Meanwhile, Sarbaaz Baloch, claiming to be a spokesman of the Baloch Republican Army (BRA), in a telephone call from an undisclosed location accepted the responsibility for the incident and said that it was a remote control bomb attack. However, the incident could not be confirmed from the official sources.
