ISLAMABAD - Over 18 passengers were injured when a mini-bus turned turtle at Expressway in jurisdiction of Shahzad Town police station Islamabad on Friday.The mini-bus bearing registration no LHC-3353 collided with a car (AZR-646) first and then turned turtle, an eyewitness said. Police endorsed this as well and said 18 passengers who were travelling by the same bus to participate in a marriage ceremony received injuries and were rushed to policlinic and PIMS. Victims included Kausar Bibi, Khaldia Bibi, Farzana Bibi. Aziz un nisa. Saikina Bibi, Abdul Aziz, Zafar Hussain, Khadim Hussain, Ikhlaq Ahmed, Mirza and Qaisar. The injured females are stated to be in critical condition and were being treated at ICU at PIMS.Meanwhile on Friday, police found a bullet-riddled dead body from jurisdiction of Koral police station. Police said dead body of a young person, with bullet marks in his chest, was found from `Madina Town’ near Tarlai in Koral police. Police shifted the body to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) hospital. The deceased was identified as Mohammad Imran son of  Muhammad Ramazan resident of Sir Suba Shah district Rawalpindi and his body was later handed over to his legal heirs. Investigation is underway into the incident, said a police spokesman. Online adds: At least 18 people of a marriage procession sustained severe injuries in a collision between bus and car at Islamabad Express way due to over speeding on Friday. A bus full of Baraties was heading to Khana Pull from Golra upon reaching Expressway it collided with a car. coming from opposite side and overturned resultantly 18 people including female and children sustained severe injuries.
