In a recent statement, the Chief Minister NWFP has made a call to the world to help him improve infrastructure of the province and help him provide jobs for his people. I think this statement is tantamount to admitting his failure as Chief Minister. He should resign instead of asking for outside help. Our leaders should understand that there are two books to be followed by them; one is the constitution and the other our Holy Quran. I am sure that our leaders have not learnt our Holy Book with meaning.
