SARGODHA - Working for humanity is like working for the heavens which could give real delight and calmness to ones heart.
Pakistan national T20 cricket team skipper Mohammad Hafeez made the remarks during a visit to Rao Manan Dialysis Centre at DHQ Hospital here on Sunday.
Hafeez expressed that he got heartedly satisfaction after a long time to be a witness to the services which were being rendered for the people in distress. He claimed that Sargodha was his hometown and that he could never forget his friends and the time spent with them.
The national player also visited the SSP office Sargodha and met the SSP Dr Muhammad Rizwan. He also visited the Cantt Model Police Station and Rescue-15 Control Room. SSP Dr Muhammad Rizwan briefed the national cricketer about modern initiatives taken by the district police for the eradication of crime and peace in society. They also discussed initiatives being taken to modernise the Police and constitution of Citizen Police link Committee in the district.
On the occasion, Hafeez appreciated various projects initiated to improve the effectiveness of police and ensure protection of life and property of citizen in a professional manner.
