Islamabad: The Interior Ministry has prepared a list of 43 terror cases which is to be sent to military courts for trial.

The development came up today after Supreme Court gave a legal cover, to military courts on Wednesday.

According to details, the provincial apex committees have forward 600 terror cases to the ministry. At least 43 terror cases have been scrutinized so far, by a committee of the Interior Ministry and would be sent to the military courts, whereas other cases are being scrutinized.

Out of total 600 cases, 55 are from Punjab, 423 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh 46, Balochistan 12, Islamabad 7 and 12 from Gilgit Baltistan.
