QUETTA - Unidentified people blew up a 16-inch diameter gas pipeline in Pir Koh area of Dera Bugti on Thursday, suspending supply to the gas purification plant in Sui while two security personnel were also wounded in another blast.
A senior official of the Balochistan Levies, while confirming the incident said an explosive device had been planted to the gas pipeline that was exploded, causing suspension of supply.
In another incident, two security personnel were wounded in Maro area of Dera Bugti when explosives planted along the road went off.
The injured personnel were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
No group has claimed responsibility for both the blasts so far.
