The guided tours is one of the initiatives by the WCLA to revive the lost glory of the Walled City and showcase the glorious heritage and culture, especially the “Royal Route – Shahi Guzargah” from Delhi Gate to Lahore Fort, where a major rehabilitation work has been carried out by WCLA. Also the main monuments of the city are on the same route which includes Shahi Hammam, Wazir Khan Mosque and Lahore Fort along with many others. Kamran Lashari said, “I am happy that organizations and companies are taking keen interest in the promotion of heritage and culture.” WCLA Deputy Director Tania Qureshi said, “Such an initiative will enable the increase in tourist footfall as many people need guidance and pick and drop services for a day long tour.”–Staff Reporter
