Tavrias Maksim Feschuk pulled one back at the half-hour mark but Brazilian striker Jadson restored Shakhtars lead with 10 minutes remaining before the break. After the interval Gladky netted his second of the match before Brazilian Willian made it 4-1 for Shakhtar in the 67th minute. Another Brazilian player, Luiz Adriano, also notched a late double, while Razvan Rat completed the rout with a last-minute goal.
