LAHORE: A bail application has been filed by Gullu Butt the main suspect in Model Town tragedy, accused of breaking mirrors of different vehicles parked outside Minhajul Quran.
Gullu filed the petition through his counsel Waheed Hussain Khokhar and submitted that police made fictitious recovery from Gullu Butt.
The counsel said that he was passing by the road and was not involved in the case registered against him. He requested the court to accept his bail application. After entertaining the bail application, Judicial Magistrate Shahzad Muzaffar on Saturday sought record from police on next hearing.–Staff Reporter
