Amnesty report unveiled real face of India: AJK PM

MUZAFFARABAD: Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Abdul Majeed has said that the Amnesty International’s latest report on human rights situation in Kashmir has exposed the real face of India.
The report has revealed significant facts that the so-called democratic country is involved in committing massive human rights violations in the territory,” the AJK premier said in a statement issued here on Sunday.
Majeed urged the United Nations and international human rights organisations to take serious note of Indian atrocities and play their role to resolve the long-standing Kashmir dispute in the light of the UN resolutions.
He said that Kashmiris have been struggling for their inalienable right to self-determination and India has used nefarious designs to suppress their struggle for the last 68 years.–Monotring
Majeed said that Indian authorities have been enforcing inhuman and black laws like PSA and AFSPA to restrain the Kashmir freedom movement. The AJK Premier said that the valley has been turned into an army garrison, as the Indian has deployed well-equipped military and paramilitary troops across the territory.
